T’AI CHI & CHI KUNG DAY

T’ai Chi movement principles enable us to rediscover ease and comfort in movement, while improving balance and effectiveness of actions. They are relevant to everyday activities, as well as being common to all T’ai Chi styles and Forms.
Chi Kung is the foundation practice, developing awareness of how we use our bodies and relate to our environment.
