YOGA AND MINDFULNESS FOR AUTUMN

An afternoon of Yoga that helps balance the energies of the Season. A slow, steady approach to Yoga asana which is grounding, releasing and nurturing: breathing, relaxation and mindfulness meditation practices to calm, focus & soothe the mind.
