YOGA AND MINDFULNESS FOR SUMMER (RESCHEDULED)

June 10th at 14:00 to 17:00

An afternoon of yoga to help balance the Fire energies of the Summer season.  Asanas to stimulate are extensions, inversions, heart openers & core work.  To balance that radiant activity, we use Energy Medicines Yoga practices, along with breathing, relaxation & mindfulness meditation that cool & calm our nervous system to bring a balance of resilience & equanimity.  For all levels who can practice unaided; standing, lying and sitting on the mat.
