YOGA AND WALKING: SPRING
April 8th at 18:30 to April 12th at 13:30
A perfect mix! Sessions of hatha yoga (posture, breathing, relaxation) offset with optional guided 3-5 mile walks amongst the peaceful northern fells. Feel more supple and relaxed. Now ends with lunch on the last day. Courses run Spring, Mid- and Late-Summer.
