A perfect mix! Sessions of hatha yoga (posture, breathing, relaxation) offset with optional guided 3-5 mile walks amongst the peaceful Northern Fells. Feel more supple and relaxed. Now ends with lunch on the last day. Courses run Spring, Mid- and LateSummer.
