Alex Jakob-Whitworth – (Watercolour, Mixed Media)

Highly-acclaimed contemporary artist from Cumbria who is also a trained printmaker. Alex studied Fine Art, Visual Arts and Art & Psychotherapy. She has extensive experience of horses and has exhibited at the Society of Equestrian Artists and at The Pastel Society in London. There’s a contemporary feel to Alex’s take on all her subjects. Underpinning everything is the necessary theory that is needed for students to really succeed in their own work. We already feel like we are being taken on a wonderful journey led by a tutor who is both encouraging, vibrant and is strong in the fundamentals needed.
