Bertram Aitchison – (Art Appreciation)

Highly-qualified lecturer from South West Scotland, qualified with merit in Art History at London University progressing from Classical Works to Modern Art. Bertram is the former Director of British Life and Culture courses with the American Institute for Foreign Study in London. He taught British and Art History and was a London Blue Badge Guide of the Year 2000 – still a registered guide for Britain’s major Art Galleries, London Museums, Oxbridge Colleges, The Houses of Parliament and Royal Palaces. He’s also Secretary of the Dumfries and Galloway Fine Arts Society and Director of the Art History Society in South West Scotland.
