Bruce Bennison – (History, Archaeology)

Former professional field archaeologist and museum curator (Ba Hons, Museums Diploma, University of Leicester), Bruce is a experienced Adult Education tutor who has held a number of senior posts, including Head of Libraries and Cultural Policy for Cumbria. Recipient of a Churchill Travelling Fellowship studying Viking remains in Scandinavia and Greenland. He has also published several articles on archaeological subjects and a guide to Lakeland Museums
