Yoga for Relaxation is a gentle practice that goes deep; to encourage us to connect with the breath, calm down the nervous system, nurture the body, still the thought waves of the mind and come home to ourselves. Open to all levels who can practise unaided, standing, lying and sitting on the mat. Ask for a pre-course information sheet (available online) and find out what you need to bring.
