Marion Boddy-Evans (Acrylic & Watercolour Art)

  • Has moved from the Isle of Skye to Aberdeenshire – we exploited her island links previously, and now the mainland has been added to our inspiration.
  • Best known for expressive seascapes (https://marion.scot/seascapes/) and rainy-day sheep (https://marion.scot/sheep-paintings/)
  • Read the genuine reviews from Marion’s Higham course below … she’s definitely coming back!
If traveling all the way up to experience the Scottish landscape is a bit daunting – although its beauty and drama is simething all artists should someday in their lives experience first hand – the next best thing is to benefit from the expertise of someone who has been based there a long time. Marion can bring a bit of the Scottish Highland and Coastal wildness and energy into your painting experience. A nice contrast to Lakeland.

“Cannot say too often how fantastic this course has been – far exceeded my expectations.”
“I can’t recommend this tutor highly enough. She was very well prepared with exercises to take us out of our comfort zone, followed by helping us with new techniques. We all ended up with several finished paintings and will certainly look forward to doing her course again.”
