Mike Stewart – (Art)

  • a Fine Art Tutor with long a wide experience from West Yorkshire
  • worked for 17 years as a part time lecturer in Art History at Leeds University in 19th and 20thCentury French painting
  • has run study tours throughout Europe and North America focusing on Art and Architecture
  • also was a teacher for many years at Leeds College of Art
  • has published articles on contemporary international ceramics

Mike comes across the Penines to provide workshops for serious artists, using extensive experience to coach and instruct, with a solid grounding in the rudiments, principles and historical influences for Art. Here is a Tutor with a deep knowledge of his subject and how to teach it, able to guide you all the way from Foundation through to Advanced Art skills and techniques.
