The combination of two different enjoyable and beneficial physical practices works well here at Higham in the form of a little retreat-type escape. PIlates is a logical partner to CIRCLE DANCE, so the concept of a two tutor residential course covering two complementary disciplines makes sense to our curriculum offering. The PILATES AND CIRCLE DANCE course that Susie co-tutors at Higham with Anne-Lise Kryger is an alternative to YOGA AND CIRCLE DANCE (with Gill Hunter).
Having a knowledgeable and suitably-experienced teacher who understands the techniques is essential for this type of activity. As always, disciplines such as this are managed in a controlled, safe and professional way to uphold the standards of the respective industry. Susie is a Body Control Pilates Certified Teacher.
