abstract painting Ref: A1272
John Lowry is a professional painter and gallery owner
Abstraction is not limited to any one medium, or to subject matter, it’s a mental approach to all things creative. It involves the imagination and a fresh outlook on the world. It’s an exciting opposite to ‘just copying what’s there’, yet the rules of composition, colour relationships, visual rhythm and so on that we all know about are exactly the same. After this course your approach to art will be very different. We will produce a portfolio of at least one painting to be proud of, each day, mainly working in the studio. Any medium, an open mind and a sense of humour!
Residential: £425.00
Non-residential: £265.00
