YOGA AND WALKING: MID-SUMMER LONG WEEKEND

18:30 Sun 14 Jun – 13:30 Thu 18 Jun 2020 A perfect mix for all! Sessions of hatha yoga (posture, breathing, relaxation) offset with optional guided 3-5 mile walks amongst the peaceful northern fells. Feel more supple and relaxed. Now ends with lunch on the last day. Courses run Spring, Mid- and LateSummer. Gill Hunter
