This an intermediate level course. Make perfect manuscript gesso using a traditional recipe, lay it smoothly and gild with loose leaf gold. This class is full of practical tips, helping you to achieve raised areas of gilding with a mirror shine. Those who are already able to make and lay gesso are welcome to work on their own projects with help and advice from the tutor.
