GLORIOUS GREENS: BOTANICAL ART USING COLOURED PENCIL

The start of June signals the start of summer, the woodland canopy is at its freshest and fullest, a lush green mosaic. Learn how to illustrate convincing, realistic individual leaves. You will be given guidance and demonstrations to understand how to create the ‘right green’, illustrate leaf margins, veins, shape and form as well as how to tackle shiny and variegated leaves such as houseplants. You might produce a beautiful illustration of a single leaf or a design, utilising an array of complimentary foliage, or even tackle a leaf skeleton! This course is suitable for beginners and those with some experience with coloured pencils.
