Using metal plates made of Copper or Zinc we will learn the fundamental elements of the Etching process, with demonstrations and extensive technical support, culminating in your own set of limited edition prints. We will also have time to explore advanced techniques such as aquatint, chin collé and relief etching. As such this course is suitable for beginners and those with some previous experience.
