Suites from Prokofiev’s Romeo and Juliet, Khachaturian’s Spartacus and Shostakovich’s Gadfly will capture our attention. Also featured will be concertos by each of the three composers including Shostakovich’s 2nd piano concerto with its popular slow movement.
