Danny has been running courses at Higham Hall since 2010, if not longer. Danny set up ‘Breathing Life into History’ in 2004 and now offers over thirty historical talks, as well as courses and guided tours. In November 2022, he presented his 1,000th talk. A qualified history teacher with an M.A. in Architectural History (Keele Univ.), the focus of the work tends to be on Victorian Britain and the first half of 20th century. His work is of a social and cultural nature including art history and the history of gardening.
