Janet Sinclair

Based in the South, but with family connections to the Lakes, Janet teaches art history and heritage studies. She has held senior roles at several nationally significant sites where she developed a keen enthusiasm for Arts and Crafts work in its original context.

She is a visiting lecturer for West Dean (University of Sussex), Cambridge University’s International Summer School, the WEA, and several independent adult education organisations where she encourages participation and learning while continuing to learn from students, artists, makers, and fellow educators.
