Yoga

I have been practicing Hatha yoga for 30 years.  I completed my teacher training courses in Kerala (Southern India), Rishikesh (India) and in Nepal.  I am a trauma-informed practitioner and have a keen interest in Ayurvedic nutrition.  I aspire to live my life according to my 'dosha' (mind-body type), and try to use my innate wisdom to inform healthy lifestyle choices.

I have had a variety of job roles; all have been working with people marginalised from mainstream society.  I use the gift of yoga to empower individuals to 'find their light'.  I use Yoga as a medium to support people to re-connect with their body and mind, and to live a life of authenticity.  In the words of Mahatma Gandhi "Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony".
