Phil Bradley

Phil is a renowned basket-maker based in Cumbria. He grows his own willow close to home without the use of pesticide, herbicide or fungicide. He makes bowls, stools, spoons and pots from wood sourced locally. A traditional craftsman, his work is environmentally clean and sustainably produced.

I have a passion for the handmade and homegrown, making everyday objects that are a joy to use. My work is traditional but continues to evolve. I like to make robust, functional baskets that are tactile and hopefully bring great pleasure to those who choose to own them. PB
