Bill is a stained glass artist who teaches stained glass, Tiffany Lamps and Picture Framing and has been professionally teaching for over 40 years
One of Higham’s longest-serving Tutors, Bill created Higham's wonderful 20th anniversary window on our staircase in 1996. The window represents the Book of Knowledge with Saint Augustine/Jude/James (not sure which - please correct me if you know better!). You can also see the mountain fell Skiddaw, the gate and ballustrade with its ball finial.
