
NURTURE THROUGH NATURE SUMMER YOGA RETREAT

Beginners and seasoned yogis will immerse themselves in the practice of Hatha yoga and mindfulness activities. Inner balance, peace and calm will be restored using the nurturing magic of nature. The day will be energised with an invigorating flow, and the evening will be to unwind with yoga Nidra and a variety of relaxation techniques. Guided meditations will cultivate mindfulness. Pranayama (breathing exercises) will enhance energy and focus. Topics will include Ayurvedic nutrition and lifestyles, balancing chakras and creating a sustainable self-care routine. There will be group activities to foster camaraderie and support, and opportunities for journalling to ignite a renewed sense of purpose and connection to self. This retreat promises a refreshing pause from daily life, allowing you to return home inspired and recharged.
