techniques such as masking, layering, impressing and cutting into the
surface. Understand how to create texture and line as well as tones
from very dark to very light in your plates, using a combination of
everyday materials like sticky tape and sand paper. Using linseed oil
based printmaking inks, ink up your collagraph plates with increasing
confidence, combining intaglio and relief techniques and embracing
colour. Relaxed and experimental, there is no such thing as a mistake!
