FULLY BOOKED: YOGA AND WALKING: LATE SUMMER

A perfect mix – sessions of Hatha Yoga (postures, breathing exercises, relaxation) coupled with guided walks of 3-5 miles (requiring a reasonable level of fitness) among the peaceful northern fells – which will leave you feeling supple, relaxed and refreshed! Suitable for beginners and experienced.
