FULLY BOOKED: YOGA AND WALKING: SPRING

A perfect mix – sessions of hatha yoga (postures, breathing exercises, relaxation) coupled with guided walks of 3-5 miles, (requiring a reasonable level of fitness), among the peaceful northern fells – which will leave you feeling supple, relaxed and refreshed! Suitable for beginners and experienced.
