FULLY BOOKED: YOGA AND WALKING: SPRING
March 3rd at 18:30 to March 7th at 13:30
A perfect mix – sessions of hatha yoga (postures, breathing exercises,
relaxation) coupled with guided hill walks of up to 5 miles, sometimes
over rough and steep ground (requiring a reasonable level of fitness),
among the peaceful northern fells – which will leave you feeling supple,
relaxed and refreshed! Suitable for beginners and experienced.
