Peter trained at the City and Guilds Art School, London, specialising in Printmaking, mainly concentrating on Etching and Engraving. Moving to Bath in 1979, he was introduced to Wood Engraving at Bristol Polytechnic, now University of the West of England. Teaching experience includes; Bristol Folkhouse (Etching), Bath Artist Printmakers (Woodblock Printmaking), Urchfont Manor College(Woodblock Printmaking weekends). Exhibitions include Society of Wood Engravers annual exhibitions, Royal Society of Painter Printmakers Open Exhibition, Society of Botanical Artists Open Exhibition. Elected Member of the Society of Wood Engravers in 2018.  Peter specialises in botanical , natural history , and landscape subjects. www.petercollinsprintmaker.co.uk
